Briefing
The person who writes the brief is the person who directs the shoot and reads the results. Nothing is handed down a chain, so nothing gets lost on the way.
Reporting
You get the reasoning behind each call, not a summary of it. When a variant gets cut you are told which one and why.
Access
We work 09:00–18:00 GST. Written updates by default, and same-day answers on anything holding up a shoot.
Ownership
Usage rights are negotiated up front and the footage is yours. The ad account stays in your name throughout.
